Since we carry both handmade gifts and curated pet supplies, preparation times differ depending on the item:

Customized Products: Each piece is carefully made by craftsman and craftswoman, generally takes 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) to complete, unless the product page specifies otherwise.

⏳ Holiday Season Notice (October–January): During the busy end-of-year period, handcrafted items may require an additional 3–5 days for production due to the surge in custom orders. Thank you so much for your patience!

1. Cancellations & Modifications

Since our handcrafted items are made uniquely for you based on your specifications, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of purchase. Once our artisans have started crafting, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

2. Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is highly customized and made with care by hand, we're unable to accept returns or offer monetary refunds once production has begun. That said, every item is protected by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee—if any defects occur, we'll send you a free replacement.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has defects in materials or craftsmanship, please email us at help@breezeinmind.com within 7 days of receiving your package, along with clear photos or videos.

For handcrafted pieces, we'll prioritize sending you a brand-new custom replacement at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

A few items can't be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• Gift cards

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by us.

5. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Estimated delivery times are approximations based on recent shipping data and are not a guaranteed arrival date. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, we can't be held responsible for third-party courier delays. As a result, shipping delays don't qualify for an order refund.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Breezeinmind will provide official carrier tracking information to help with any investigation. If official courier records clearly show that your shipment was lost in transit and never delivered to your address, we'll happily re-manufacture (or re-ship) your order at no extra charge.
